I am really enjoying dyeing with rusted metal & various metal sheet.

This cream handwoven scarf is dyed using a length of thin copper sheet layered along the length of the scarf & then rolled up, so the patina is transferred from the metal to the scarf on both sides.  The copper has provided these lovely fresh, icy green colours.
